Roof Tiles

Mark & I went round and round about

what the color of the roof tiles would be.

I wanted a gray blend, but he wanted brown.

He won, but I do have to admit they

blend in very well with the landscape,

and I think they look great.

I'm glad to have one more step on the house getting finished.

Too pink...

After looking at the color for a week,

I decided the dormers were too pink,

So now we have "Trusty Tan"

Progress on the House

The electrical, hvac, & plumbing are are roughed in now.

They put the stucco on the dormers,

but I'm not sure if I like the color.

It seems a little pink for me.

I'll see what it looks like when they get

the roof tiles on and then decide if it

looks less pink.

What do you think?

We had to paint the fascia befor the roof tiles.
Jack was not too excited to paint the peaks.
I had to borrow a ladder from
Children of Light to get one tall enough.

Lines & Lundgreen Roofing
came out this morning and started
putting on the tar paper and battons.

House

We are working on wiring the house right now.
Steven Norton is working on that along with

Dave Brown & Jack Baker.
Tanner (brother-in-law) came down with his crew and
did the plumbing, heating and air conditioning.
We are still waiting on the windows to come.
Now the main thing we need to do is to select
the color for the roof and outside.

Sammy

We got to have Sammy with us for a few days last month.

He was a lot of fun to have around. "Playing" with Paisley while I got my hair done.
