Caleb Grandy called and asked if he and

a couple of buddies could stop in for lunch.

This is what they came in ...

They landed in our field next to the house.

Kurtis was driving with Shanna and two of her friends.

He pulled out after stopping and did not see the other car.

Thankfully everyone is ok--we can replace the car.

He is supposed to come home for Thanksgiving.

Homecoming/Housewarming

As most of you know - our missionary Elder Skousen will be home from Korea on October 1st.

There have been many of you who want to tour my new house, so I am having a

Homecoming/Housewarming party on OCTOBER 10th

(That would be 10/10/10)

Jake will be speaking in church that morning, so if any of you want to come
church starts at 9:30 with RS/Priesthood first
Sacrament meeting starts at about 11:15

Afterward, we will have lunch at our new home.

Any one wanting to just come see the house and/or Jake,
can come any time between 2:00 and 9:00.

Our "Paloma" combine burned today.

Hopefully we saved the header,

and maybe 2 tires. :(

No one was hurt, but we did lose a hopper full of seed.
